After the devastating earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş on February 6, search and rescue experts from the Eskişehir AKUT team, who participated in the search and rescue activities in the region, gave "Disaster Awareness and Update Training" to the Science Experiment Center personnel in the light of their knowledge and experience.
Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Science Experiment Center continues to provide “Applied Earthquake Awareness Training” to all science lovers, from 7 to 70, who have benefited from science tours since the first day it was opened, with the earthquake simulator and up-to-date information received from the AKUT Search and Rescue Association.
In the trainings, the precautions to be taken before, during and after the earthquake are conveyed to the visitors by the science communicators, and what is learned interactively and practically in the earthquake simulator in the Science Experiment Center is reinforced.
In this context, search and rescue experts from the Eskişehir AKUT team, who participated in search and rescue activities in the region after the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş on February 6, and the seminar unit gave “Disaster Awareness and Update Training” to the Science Experiment Center personnel.
