The Cappadocia Area Tourism Investors Association (KAPYAD) was established with the gathering of 7174 tourism investors, each of whom is a pioneer in their field, operating in the Cappadocia Area, the boundaries of which were determined by the Cappadocia Area Law No. 35.

With KAPYAD, leading investors of hotels, balloon companies, restaurants, carpet shops, pottery workshops and viticulture companies, which are the main tourism elements of Cappadocia, came together for the first time and gathered around a common goal.

KAPYAD President Ömer Tosun stated the following in his statement:

“The main purpose of our association is to strengthen the 'Cappadocia' brand nationally and internationally and to increase its competitiveness. For this purpose, adding value to the 'Cappadocia' brand through joint works to be carried out with all public institutions, local administrations, academic institutions, non-governmental organizations and research institutions, especially the Cappadocia Area Presidency, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency, It is aimed to solve the problems of investors, to increase the number of qualified tourism investments that produce added value, and to develop policies for sustainable regional development. used the phrases.
