Kar-Fest, which will be organized for the second time with the cooperation of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and Kartepe Municipality, is preparing to make its visitors experience unforgettable moments. The press release of the festival, which will start at 2 in the morning and last until the night on February 4th, where Haluk Levent and Eypio will sing the most beautiful songs, took place. Mayor of Kartepe M. Mustafa Kocaman, Head of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Department of Culture and Social Affairs Raşit Fidan, President of Kartepe Tourism Association Kamil Öçbe and his management, Kartepe tourism operators, headmen and many press members attended the launch at Kocaeli University Derbent Application Hotel. Kocaman thanked the Mayor of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Tahir Büyükakın for his contribution to the realization of the festival.
CONCERTS AND TREATS
At the festival to be held in Sisli Vadi in cooperation with Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and Kartepe Municipality, Haluk Levent, one of the most important representatives of Anatolian Rock, and Rapper Eypio will meet with their audience. In the event, which will start with the lighting of the festival fire, hot soup, sausage bread and ayran, semolina halva, tea and coffee will be served to the participants throughout the day. Local artists Atilla Çağ, İbrahim Gözükara and Muhammed Vanal will take the stage as well as DJ performances at the event where the entertainment will not slow down for a moment. The excitement will increase with Eypio's concert, which will start at 16.00. The festival will warm the participants with the Haluk Levent concert at 19.30.
COMPETITIONS WILL BE ORGANIZED
The festival will also host exciting competitions. A boat competition will be held at 14.00, 16.00 and 18.00. During the Kar-Fest, the “Most Creative Snowman” competition will be held at 13.00, 15.00 and 17.00. Visitors will also be in a sweet competition with each other at the karaoke event at 15.00. At 19.00, the most creative Instagram photo shared with the hashtag #eğlenceninzirvesikartepe will be selected.
