The Ministry of Family and Social Services delivers relief materials to earthquake victims with trucks at the Mobile Social Market created in Malatya after the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş.

5 trucks were made ready for the distribution of various aid materials by the Malatya Central Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation, which is affiliated to the Ministry.

The materials brought to the Disaster Emergency Social Assistance (ASIA) warehouses from the country and abroad are sorted by the officials and loaded onto the trucks. Necessary materials such as food, medicine, clothing, cleaning, textiles, kitchen utensils on the trucks of the Mobile Social Market, which go to different parts of the city as well as rural neighborhoods, are distributed to the earthquake victims.

On the other hand, the needs of earthquake victims are also met through social markets established in tent cities. In addition, tents with clothing and care materials for women and babies were also set up.

While 102 personnel and 368 volunteers took part in the activities carried out within the scope of the Community Benefit Program (TYP), earthquake survivor Nurhayat Üçöz stated that many of her needs were met thanks to the aid and thanked the authorities.

Stating that they can reach their necessary needs thanks to the social market, Üçöz said, “The staff take good care of us and serve us. Our every need is met by the staff.” said.

Şirin Kaplan stated that all her needs were met and said, “May Allah be pleased with everyone. Especially our access to hygiene products has become very easy.” he said.
