Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç wished 'get well soon' for Turkey, which was shaken by the 7,4-magnitude earthquake, and said that the Metropolitan teams set out to support the earthquake region with 25 vehicles and 34 personnel in the first place. Mayor Büyükkılıç conveyed his wishes to all cities that felt the earthquake, especially Kahramanmaraş, and said, "I wish God's mercy on those who lost their lives in this painful earthquake, and I wish a quick recovery to our injured."

Mayor Büyükkılıç stated that the search and rescue efforts continue with great care in earthquake regions and emphasized that as Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, 5 trucks, 5 buckets, 3 excavators, 1 crane, logistics tanker, 7 fire trucks, 3 funeral vehicles and a total of 34 personnel went to the earthquake zone. .

Emphasizing that they are with more than 10 provinces affected by the earthquake, Büyükkılıç said, “In such cases, coordination is of great importance. We pray for our brothers and sisters affected by the earthquake and emphasize that we are with them.”

President Büyükkılıç said that the teams going to the earthquake area were sent off by their colleagues and said, “As Kayseri, we set out our vehicles for the ongoing search and rescue and wreckage studies in Kahramanmaraş. For now, 25 vehicles and 34 personnel set out for the earthquake zone in the first place. In case of need, we will increase our vehicle and personnel reinforcements. I hope we get good news, may God help them. Get well soon to all of our Turkey, we continue to follow the process together," he said.
