Emergency Team training was given to the personnel of OMSAN Logistics company by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Fire Brigade Department, Prevention and Training Branch Directorate Training Unit (KOBİTEM).
In the trainings, theoretical and practical information was presented on various subjects, especially combustion and fire, hazards in the fire place, fire extinguishing agents and extinguishing techniques, portable fire extinguishers and their methods of use. In the practical part of the training, in which the driver personnel of the company participated, studies were also carried out on the use of portable fire extinguishers in emergency situations. In the applied study, a small-scale fuel oil fire, which was created in a controlled manner, was intervened with fire extinguishers.
