"Hope Trains" were sent off from Kocaeli and Afyonkarahisar to deliver aid materials and construction equipment to the earthquake disaster areas.
Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure TCDD General Directorate of Transportation; He sent trains carrying aid materials, construction equipment, generators and shelter wagons from Kocaeli and Afyonkarahisar to the provinces affected by the earthquakes.
A total of 18 wagon trains loaded with 4 container living units, 4 passenger wagons, 1 multi-purpose accommodation wagons, 1 wagon generator, 1 excavator and 20 construction machine from Kocaeli Köseköy Train Station set out for Adana to be transported to the earthquake zone.
Construction equipment and various aid materials from Akşehir and Konya will be added to the wagons on the train, which departs from Afyonkarahisar Ali Çetinkaya Station with a total of 12 wagons, including 4 shelter wagons, 3 construction equipment and 19 various aid materials.

In addition, waiting rooms and wagons at Adana, Mersin, Osmaniye, İskenderun, Diyarbakır, Elazığ and Malatya stations were put into service 7/24 in order to meet the housing and heating needs of the citizens in the region.
Accommodation was provided for 3 thousand 400 citizens with the wagons provided.
An aid campaign was organized by TCDD Transportation General Directorate, Ankara Regional Directorate and TCDD General Directorate, TCDD 2nd Regional Directorate employees to meet the urgent needs of our citizens who were damaged by the earthquake disaster.
Every citizen can support earthquake survivors sheltering in stations and stations.
