Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Prof. Dr. The “AgricultureCebmde” application, introduced by Vahit Kirişci on January 2, and the receipt of Farmer Registration System applications via e-government facilitate the work of both the farmer and the bureaucracy.
Thanks to the Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) regulation, which came into force on October 1, farmers can make their applications via e-government in a few minutes.
In practice; There are "Plant Production", "Animal Production", "My Supports", "E-Government Services", "Support Calendar", "Education-Publications", "Useful Information" menus.
Thanks to the application, the manufacturers carry out bureaucratic procedures largely thanks to the smart mobile application, without going to the provincial and district directorates of the ministry. Farmers across the country show great interest in the mobile application, which will save both time and financial opportunities. Farmers in some provinces expressed their opinions about the Tarımcebimde mobile application.
FARMERS ARE SATISFIED WITH THE APPLICATION
Konya
Mehmet Ali Çiftçi, one of the producers from Konya, mentioned that he produces herbal products and said, “I downloaded the application to my mobile phone. It's nice and makes our transactions easy. It was useful work. Here we can see what we planted. We can also get the ÇKS certificate from here. It is also very easy to use. We will do most of the transactions before we come from the village to the district.” he said.
One of the farmers, Musa Çğay, drew attention to the practicality and ease of use of the application and said, “We can get the ÇKS without going to the district's agriculture. We can see how much support premium we have received in the past years. We also see what kind of support premium will be paid in which month. We will be able to schedule our payments with the system. 'This will pay in this month, let me spend accordingly.' We will have the opportunity to say. There are supports throughout the year, we can see them.” said.
Kayseri
Producers from Kayseri started to use the “Tarımcebimde” mobile application developed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry by downloading it to their mobile phones.
Onat Sağlam, a young entrepreneur who is a cattle breeder, said that he needed an application that would make his work easier while producing, and that the application "Tarımcebimde" satisfies this need.
Stating that he received support when he started farming, Sağlam said, “It was very difficult to leave the animals and go to the directorates during this process. After the implementation, our work with paperwork in the directorates decreased. Our job is not a job related to technology, but we needed technology due to today's requirements. Now we can handle our business with the TarımCebmde application without leaving our animals unattended. Combining this business with technology has been a very good step. Labour would like to thank everyone who contributed." he said.
Halil Taşkın, who is also engaged in farming, stated that he managed to save time with the mobile application.
Stressing that he always received the support of the state while farming, Taşkın said:
“I can do Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) transactions from where I live. I can see how much support I can get from which product. In October, I watch broadcasts that may benefit me. I no longer have to go to the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture. In the past, we used to take our file and go to meet with the relevant people one by one. Now, thanks to the application, I can get my work done in 3 minutes. Thank you very much to our Minister.”
Manisa
Sureyya Çalışır, who is a cattle breeder in Manisa, said that she liked the application that helped them in all their transactions with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
Çalışır stated that he immediately downloaded the application to his mobile phone and started using it, which he was aware of with the post he shared on social media by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirişci.
Stating that he can follow the vaccinations and other procedures of his animals with TarımCebmde, Çalışır said:
“Livestock industry is a sector that requires keeping animals unattended. Our animals, which we say do not speak their tongue and mouth, have a subordination to us. Without the need to go to the ministry, the relevant directorates, or wait in line for official transactions related to my animals, I can do it directly from my seat, without getting away from my animals. Because getting away from animals brings all kinds of risks. In this way, we have come to a situation where we can handle everything in terms of agriculture and animal husbandry from our phones without leaving our environment. Yusuf Köroğlu, who has been producing vegetables in Manisa for 11 years, also pointed out that the application saves time and cost, and said:
“With this application, we can easily edit our Farmer Registration System data without going to the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry. On the other hand, the calendar of the support we will receive is written. It says the supports we received in previous years. This year we have planted cauliflower and broccoli for the first time. We can show them without ever going to the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry. We also grow maize, cotton and grapes. We can easily renew them online. We believe that this app will get even better with new add-ons.”
Kilis
İbrahim Halil Töremişoğlu, who is engaged in animal husbandry in Kilis, stated that he has been engaged in animal husbandry for 24 years and stated that the application of TarımCebmde provides great benefits to the producers.
Töremişoğlu said, “With the TarımCebmde application, I can see the animal count, animal status and health reports while I am at work, without leaving our job. I can see when I can get support. I think I made my work easier with this application.” said.
Farmer Ahmet Mesut Özgür said, “With the TarımCebmde mobile application, our transactions are just a click away. We thank our President and the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry for their support.” he said.
