Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu made statements on his twitter account about the Osmaneli-Yenişehir-Bursa-Bandırma-Balıkesir YHT line, which will be put into service at the end of December 2024. He shared the map showing the 10 stations he is in at the stop to be made in Osmaneli district.
As Minister Karaismailoğlu stated in his visits to Bilecik and later Osmaneli in 2022, the station in Osmaneli, which is the Istanbul-Ankara YHT connection point of the Osmaneli-Yenişehir-Bursa-Bandırma-Balıkesir YHT line, will be made before the Belenalan road junction after the T4 tunnel. The part of the area from the road to the mountain, including the YHT station, will be opened as a residential area by the Osmaneli Municipality.
Osmaneli Mayor Münür Şahin, in his statement, said, "We thank our President, Minister, province president, managers who carry out the project and Bilecik Governor for supporting our district in every aspect for the YHT project and Osmaneli stop."
