Izmir Metropolitan Municipality has completely renewed the coastline of Foça, the tourism paradise. With the project, which was prepared with an architecture suitable for the history of the city, approximately 4 and a half million dollars were invested in the district.
Izmir Metropolitan Municipality continues to increase the quality of life in the districts. The coastline in Büyükdeniz Neighborhood of Foça, the favorite tourism district of İzmir, has been completely renewed. With an investment of 4 million 500 thousand TL, an arrangement was made in an area of 14 thousand square meters. The materials used in the works, in which approximately 1 kilometer of vehicle and bicycle paths, green field lines and comfortable walking paths were gained, were selected in accordance with the historical texture of Foça. After the arrangement in which the lighting system on the beach was renewed with modern poles, the heart of Foça got a new look. İZBETON produced benches and garbage cans were also placed in suitable places along the coastline.
