The construction of the 'Municipal Bath', which is being built by Samsun Metropolitan Municipality in Ilkadım, is rapidly increasing. President Mustafa Demir, who said that 35 percent of the bath, which will include a swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms and massage rooms, is finished, said that the historical bath will serve in accordance with its former function.

Aiming to make Samsun a center of health, culture, history and tourism, the Metropolitan Municipality is rebuilding the old municipal bath in the district of Ilkadım.

It is stated that the Turkish bath, which is under construction, will be put into service in June.

This place served as a bath for years. From now on, it will serve as a bath again by preserving its more modern and historical texture.”
