Peugeot became the B segment leader in total electric passenger and light commercial vehicle sales in Europe in 2022. Peugeot took the lead in multiple areas in European sales figures for 29, covering 2022 countries. Aslanlı Marka became the leader among B segment electric vehicles in 208 thanks to 2008 of Europe's best-selling models, especially e-2 and e-2022.
While the Peugeot 208 was the best-selling car in the European B segment passenger car market in 2022, its fully electric version, the e-208, became Europe's best-selling car in the same segment. Peugeot e-208 and e-2008 offer superior driving pleasure with their comprehensive driving support systems. All these innovations reached over 2022 thousand users in Europe in 76.
2023 will be the electric year for Peugeot. From the first half of the year, all models of the brand will be available in versions with one or more electric motors (all-electric, plug-in hybrid or hybrid). Lion Brand has confirmed its ambition to be a leader in Europe's all-electric vehicle market by introducing the all-electric Peugeot Inception concept in Las Vegas on January 6, 2023.
