Online applications for seeds produced at the Local Seed Center with the slogan of Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality "A handful of seeds is a lifetime of independence" will be made between February 1-6. After receiving the demands, the seeds will be delivered all over Turkey.
Continuing to support agricultural production with projects implemented in rural areas, Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality continues to deliver hundreds of thousands of local seeds produced in production areas all over Turkey.
Within the scope of the project, which was implemented to increase local production and reduce foreign dependency in agriculture by increasing the citizens' own local seeds every year, tens of thousands of seeds will meet with the soil this year.
Online applications for the distribution to be made in order to spread the local seed production throughout Turkey will be made between 1-6 February through the link at eskisehir.bel.tr/tohumtalebi/. In the study, where 12 types of products will be given per person, those who apply for local seeds will be able to procure seeds by paying the shipping costs themselves.
After the seeds will reach the whole country, Seed Exchange Festivals will be organized in Eskişehir city center and districts, and local seeds will continue to meet with the people of Eskişehir.
