The zoning problem, which could not be resolved for years in the Solfasol, Dam and Yıldıztepe Neighborhoods of Altındağ district, which is in the 2nd Stage of the North Ankara Urban Transformation Area, was resolved with the action of the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.
After solving the long-standing problem of the North Ankara Urban Transformation Area 2nd Stage (Altındağ Stage), the title deed distribution ceremony was held with the participation of ABB President Mansur Yavaş.
ABB Council Members, Metropolitan Municipality bureaucrats, headmen and rightful citizens attended the title deed distribution ceremony hosted by President Mansur Yavaş, held at ANFA Altınpark Fair Center.
The new zoning plan was approved by the Parliament on July 6, 2021 and finalized on November 27, 2021. As a result of the parcellation studies, the parcel sizes were determined again. Thus, citizens were provided with the opportunity to build more easily by taking advantage of urban transformation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Yavaş addressed the citizens who enjoyed the title deed as follows:
“When we aspired to the post about four years ago, we promised to change the understanding of municipality in Ankara. We only worked according to the essential needs of our citizens. While doing these works, we never discriminated anyone based on their life, political views, district or district. We have served all of our 6 million citizens of Ankara. Whoever expects a solution from us, we reached out. Because we know that the biggest project in a city is the happiness and peace of the people living in that city.”
Noting that they are happy to finish another problem that has been waiting for a solution for years, Yavaş said, “We have completed the plan of the area where 350 thousand owners are located in an area of 20 hectares, and we are distributing their title deeds. The first zoning plan made for our region in 2017 was not a citizen oriented zoning plan, but a municipality and TOBAŞ oriented zoning plan. This situation made it impossible for you to come together and agree with the contractor. Now, I am very happy to state that all these problems have been solved with the new zoning plan.
Adding that ABB sacrificed 82 decares of useful area so that citizens would not experience any loss of rights, Mansur Yavaş said, “Because the real owner of this municipality is the people themselves, you are. May our new title deeds be beneficial to you, your families, your relatives, our district and Ankara, who have been waiting for this moment with hope for years. Hopefully, the face of this place will change in the near future and it will become a very valuable region.”
The residents of Solfasol, Dam and Yıldıztepe District, who attended the title deed ceremony held at ANFA Altınpark Fair Center, expressed their feelings and thoughts with the following words:
Believer Area: “We have been waiting for the title deeds to be distributed for years. Today we will get our deed. We are very happy."
Ergun Polat: “We have been waiting for the title deeds for years. I would like to thank our President Mansur for his efforts.”
