The establishment, which serves its guests with wooden cutlery, increased the rate of female staff from 2022 percent to 3 percent in 14. In the same period, 44 new businesses were put into service.

Adding vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu options to its menus, the business now draws attention with its burger menus for young people. The company, which opened BELTUR Burger branches in Beşiktaş and Mecidiyeköy in November 2022, sold over 700 thousand burgers in a short time. Offering a hamburger fries menu for 55 liras, BELTUR has recently added lahmacun to its menu. Providing information on the subject, BELTUR General Manager Osman Cenk Akın said, “Instead of crispy lahmacun, lahmacun that can be eaten in the form of softer hand wraps has been served. We offer one for 19 liras and 2 lahmacun for 49 liras. We sell quality products well below market prices,” he said.

GLUTEN FREE MENUS

Osman Cenk Akın, who said that as BELTUR's new vision, 'We switched from feeding to feeding', said, “We have more healthy foods in our menus. For our customers who want to eat gluten-free, we have gluten-free pastas and cookies. We have olive oil. We have healthy snacks like beet chips, protein bars. We removed the french fries from the menus for children and replaced it with healthier bulgur pilaf. We have Vegan Burgers for vegans. BELTUR now appeals to all segments with healthy menus tailored to every palate.

FULLY SOLUBLE STRIPES IN NATURE

BELTUR determines its new concept completely according to environmental policies. The company, which stopped the use of plastic straws and cutlery, switched to the use of Biopipet, which is completely destroyed in nature. At the same time, BELTUR uses wooden cutlery instead of plastic cutlery; He also uses bulk sugar instead of packaged sugar. In this way, waste is prevented and plastic packaging is not used. Thanks to these environmental policies, BELTUR prevented 2022 tons of paper and 5 tons of plastic waste in 6,5.
