Junctions are Safer with Signaling System in Diyarbakir

Diyarbakir Metropolitan Municipality established a signaling system at 4 different points in the Kayapınar district in order to ensure transportation and traffic safety.

The Department of Transportation carries out work at the intersections where traffic density is observed in order to ensure traffic safety, arrangement and planning of intersections.

Within the scope of the works, intersection signaling systems were installed at the intersection of Laleş and Mastfroş Streets, where the traffic is intensely observed in Kayapınar district, the intersection of Diclekent Boulevard - Yılmaz Güney street, the intersection of Musa Anter-Abdulkadir Aksu Street, the intersection of Dorşin and Abdulkadir Aksu Street.

Thanks to the signaling systems established by the teams, traffic accidents were prevented and transportation and pedestrian safety was ensured.

The Metropolitan Municipality will continue the signaling works to ensure the regular and safe traffic flow at the intersections on the road routes.
