During the said period, 24 green areas, 18 sports and health investments, 15 libraries, 24 kindergartens, 4 city restaurants, 9 road and street arrangements, 13 squares and parking lots, 7 student dormitories, 4 employment offices, 7 service buildings, 16 social centers , 20 infrastructure and environmental protection projects, 6 education investments, 10 transportation investments, 2 housing projects and 11 cultural heritages were brought to Istanbul.
5 BILLION TL INVESTMENT IN 31 MONTHS
While completing most of the 150 projects at 150 points in every region of the city in the '161 Projects in 190 Days' marathon, IMM laid the foundations for some of them. On the other hand, it has implemented projects that are not within the scope of 150 Projects in 150 Days. The municipality invested 31 billion liras in all these projects.
In this context, 27 billion liras to 9,1 infrastructure projects, 9 million liras to 120 cultural heritage projects, 44 billion liras to 2,9 environmental and urbanization projects, 13 million liras to 300 culture and art projects, 80 billion liras to 3,3 social service projects, 13 It invested a total of 250 billion liras, 11 million liras in sports and health projects and 14,9 billion liras in 31 transportation projects.
Speaking on the Dudullu-Bostancı metro line, which is the last project of the 150 Project marathon in 150 days, İBB President Ekrem İmamoğlu“We opened dozens of kindergartens and built dormitories. We restored the Basilica Cistern and our historical mosques and tombs. It has not neglected to support our farmers, as well as the infrastructure investments that prevent floods.”
Explaining that they made these investments with the motto 'Istanbul is getting stronger with investments', İBB President İmamoğlu noted that they also increased social assistance. Pointing out that they also accelerated their green space investments, İmamoğlu said; He stated that they have been working at the pace of '3,5 Projects in 150 Days' for 150 years, providing services to all parts of the city.
Pointing out that they have built an exemplary local government model from Istanbul to the world, İmamoğlu said, “Whatever we do, we do it without any discrimination. In this intense pace, our teams increased their capacity beyond expectations by working back to back with great motivation and coordination. For this reason, we are completing our campaign with 150 projects in 150 days, not 150 in 190 days.”
