The Principles Regarding Employing Contracted Personnel in Regional Development Administrations with the decision number 03/06 published in the Official Gazette dated 2011 and numbered 642 and the third paragraph of Article 5 of the Decree-Law dated 11.09.2013/28762/2013 and numbered 5286 by the Eastern Anatolia Project Regional Development Administration. 7 contracted experts and other contracted personnel will be recruited.
