IMM Subsidiary KİPTAŞ, which focuses on social housing, accelerated its efforts to renovate 16 independent units within the scope of Istanbul Renewal.

WEIGHT ON SOCIAL HOUSING
Stating that they focus on social housing projects in accordance with the company's founding mission, KİPTAŞ General Manager Ali Kurt said, “Works on 7.047 projects consisting of a total of 20 independent units are being carried out. The processes are progressing to lay the foundations of 3.121 houses in a short time. KİPTAŞ has built 31 independent units, including 14.999 residences, within the scope of 16.237 projects," he said.
HEALTHCARE WORKERS ARE NOT FORGOTTEN
Noting that they delivered the Silivri 4th Stage and Tuzla Meydan Evler social housing project 6 months early, by signing the firsts in the history of KIPTAS, Ali Kurt stated that he had signed a record in the history of the company by delivering the Tuzla Aydınlık Evler 1 year early, and said: continued;
“We are working hard to transform the risky areas in Istanbul and meet the housing needs with a transparent management. With the social housing projects we laid the foundations for in 2020, we have determined the health workers who work devotedly during the pandemic process as a privileged group in the sale of stock housing. ISTANBUL IS RENEWING
Ali Kurt explained that the Istanbul Renewal platform, which was launched by IMM to transform the housing stock at risk in Istanbul into safe, earthquake-resistant and environmentally friendly structures, also attracted great interest.
