Attention, These Cause Infertility!

Urology Specialist Op.Dr.Muharrem Murat Yıldız gave important information about the subject. The situation in which pregnancy does not occur despite having regular sexual intercourse for more than 1 year is called infertility. This problem can cause emotional, familial and social problems in people.

Infertility is one of the biggest problems of married couples today. The deterioration of the environment we live in, the increase in toxic foods and environments, the decrease in mobility as a result of sedentary changes in life styles, the decrease in testosterone production in men, and the deterioration, decrease in sperm production and maturation, even genetic errors cause infertility. In addition, men wearing tight trousers may cause the eggs to warm up, undescended testicles, having a history of high fever, and working in hot environments (such as baker, pastry chef, cook, foundryman, bather occupational groups...) may cause a decrease in sperm count.

Operations that require surgical procedures such as varicocele, undescended testis, hydrocele due to male infertility should be performed first. The working environment of the testicles should be regulated and it should be oxygenated with blood to provide energy and detoxify. After that, the treatment of increasing the healthy sperm production reserve in the testis to be obtained should be started. Phytotherapy, hormonal, acupuncture, aromatic oil, nutritional treatments, ozone, biofeedback, homeopathy and local treatments that increase the sperm reserve are applied.

Hormone profile is important for treatment options. FSH, LH, Prolactin, Testosterone total and free values to be obtained from the blood until 10 am are guiding the treatment. It should not be forgotten that patients, especially in cliniferter patients who have undergone genetic analysis, will/may have mosaic type and may have children due to this.

Op.Dr.Muharrem Murat Yıldız said, “PCOS (polycystic ovary), endometriosis, endometrial cysts, fibroids, which are among the causes of infertility in women, are treated with phytotherapeutic/aromatic and other complementary methods in our clinic. Phytotherapy treatment can be performed with local aromatherapy treatments, especially for polycystic ovary that occurs with obesity. Complementary medicine methods help in cases where Western medicine practices are blocked.
