Explaining that people have started to return from metropolises to cities, from cities to districts, and from districts to villages, especially after the Kovid-19 epidemic, Özer also reminded that agriculture and animal husbandry have turned into a critical area due to the problems experienced in the food supply chain. Taking these two trends into account, he said that they started working to put the idle village schools back into the service of the people living in the region as an education unit.
