The social solidarity movement “6 Million One Heart” campaign, which has spread to both Turkey and the world since the day it was started by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, continues in the new year.
With the solidarity movement of the Metropolitan Municipality, which established a bridge of solidarity between benevolent citizens and those in need, in May 2020, through the ankaratekyurek.com address, the total amount of aid provided so far exceeded 80 million TL, while in 2022, approximately 12 million TL was provided to those in need.
Charitable citizens paid 2022 million 105 thousand 878 TL for 5 thousand 917 water bills in 316.
With the “Give Tickets” application, 4 thousand 838 TL was loaded to 605 Ankarakarts.
SUPPORT CONTINUES TO THE CAMPAIGN
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, which has signed exemplary projects that stand by the needy with its social municipality understanding, continues to deliver the aids made by philanthropic citizens to those in need in 2023.
With the "Give A Ticket", which was implemented within the scope of the "6 Million One Heart" campaign, the application to top up Ankarakart's balance continues. In the last 3 months, 4 students and 94Ankarakart holders in need, who received more than one warning of insufficient balance, were identified and their cards were assigned to the "Give Tickets" campaign.
In addition, the water bills of the citizens in need can be paid through “Water Give”.
