Since December, the number of applications has reached 580. 6 of the applicants are primary school, 414 undergraduate, 63 high school, 69 associate degree, 28 graduate graduate.
There are 11 commissions
The 11 commissions that will take part in the formation will work on the issues of environment and climate crisis, gender inequality, barrier-free İzmir, health and sports, social services, culture and art, science and technology, tourism and promotion, agriculture and animal husbandry, education, and universal rights. In the municipality, which will primarily identify the problems of the city and especially the youth, activities will be carried out to solve the problems with a common mind.
Participatory democracy
With the Youth Municipality, it is aimed that citizens between the ages of 18-30 will bring a new breath to the work in local governments. Participants will have a say in decision-making processes.
