The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has determined the new severance pay ceiling to be 1 TL, effective from 2023 January 19. The circular dated January 982,83, 17, in which the severance pay ceiling was previously announced as 904,62 thousand 5 TL, was repealed.
While the ceiling for severance pay for the January-June period was 19 thousand 982 liras and 83 cents, the military service fee was determined as 104 thousand 84 liras and 16 cents.
According to the "Circular on Financial and Social Rights for January 2023" of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, the salary coefficients of civil servants were updated to 30 percent. Severance pay ceiling for the January-June period was 19 thousand 982 liras and 83 kuruş.
