“First of all, our contractor companies will be included in this campaign together with the housing projects made in accordance with the criteria we will determine. Our citizens who want to buy a house will choose the apartments that are suitable for their payment conditions and apply to the bank. Our banks will also allocate the loan to our citizens in case of compliance and the purchasing process will begin.”
Regarding which projects citizens will benefit from, the Minister Institution said:
“Our citizens will be able to buy finished houses from all over our country. It will be able to benefit from completed and ongoing residences at a certain rate. It will be able to benefit from new projects that have signed a guarantor agreement with banks. With this guarantee to be signed with the banks, the project will be signed as a result of the bank and contractor agreement. Progress payment will be made from the house sold according to the progress of the contractor after the contract. In this way, the control of the citizen's project will be ensured.”
