Sharing the information that approximately 321 thousand requests were received for KİPTAŞ Tuzla Aydınlık Evler, which has 164 flats, within the two-week pre-application period, which is a record in the history of the institution, İmamoğlu said, “This is a demand that is almost 510 times more than the number of residences offered by the project. This interest in Tuzla Aydınlık Evler, as in all the projects of IMM, is the fact of looking after the interests of the citizens. We laid the foundation of this project on 13 December 2021. At a time when economic uncertainty was at its highest, when costs could not be calculated, and even at a time when foreign currency increased by more than twice, we showed the courage to start work.
