Turkish animated film Rafadan Tayfa, which has been broadcast on TRT Çocuk for 9 years, is embarking on a new adventure. Galactic Crew, the third movie of the production, which children watch with interest with their families, will meet with moviegoers on January 3th. The preview of the new movie, which includes a mysterious alien, Zobi, will be held at Atatürk Cultural Center on January 6, at 5. Galactic Crew, which will be reflected on the big screen with the contributions of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, will be screened simultaneously in hundreds of theaters in 19.30 provinces.

The Galactic Crew, which tells about the interesting chain of events that develops when Akın discovers a space shuttle stationed in Earth orbit, is getting ready to give the audience unforgettable moments.
Galactic Crew, a co-production of TRT and ISF Studios, will meet the audience on January 6 with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities. In provinces such as Sinop and Ardahan, which do not have active movie theaters, a special DCP system has been installed for suitable venues such as cultural centers. Thanks to this system, children in 81 provinces will share the excitement of the Galactic Crew on the same day.
“Showing in 9 countries”
Galactic Crew, the third film in the series, which received great interest abroad in the first two movies, will be screened in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, England, Switzerland and Azerbaijan on January 5 and in France on January 13.
The first movie of the series, "Rafadan Tayfa Dehliz Adventure", reached over 2 million viewers, and the second movie, "Rafadan Tayfa Göbeklitepe", reached approximately 3,5 million viewers. Like the first two films, Galactic Crew aims to break the audience record of its predecessors by being sold out in many theaters.
“The book is also on the shelves”
The Galactic Crew book, in which the story is told, will also be on the shelves on January 6, simultaneously with the movie. The book written by Ozan Çivit will be given as a free gift to the audience. The book also includes a chapter written by the Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank.

A team of 3 people took part in the Galactic Crew, on which ISF Studios has been working for 100 years. İsmail Fidan, producer and director of Rafadan Tayfa projects, said that Galactic Crew is Rafadan Tayfa's most entertaining and biggest story. Stating that they added two characters from the Black Sea and Aegean, as well as the alien Zobi, to the film, Fidan said that, as in the previous films, the film's lyrics and compositions were also his own signature in the last production.
Fidan stated that they will also release the songs and soundtracks of the movie simultaneously and said, “Our Göbeklitepe movie achieved a very similar success in Europe as well as the records it broke in Turkey. We hope this movie will reach a much larger audience. We will have the opportunity to promote much more. Maybe more than the excitement in Turkey is present in Europe and in many countries of the world. Therefore, not only the cinemas in our country, but also foreign cinemas are eagerly waiting for Galactic Crew after seeing the interest in Göbeklitepe.” said.

Stating that they also do stage shows with Rafadan Tayfa mascots in addition to TV series and feature films, Fidan said, “We made nearly 70 domestic and 5 signed screenings at Rafadan Tayfa Göbeklitepe. In Galactic Crew, we will make signed screenings about 200 in the country and around 40 abroad. There is no other example in the world of these events being held in such numbers.” he said.
Rafadan Tayfa's last sanhe show, Teknolojik Tayfa, was realized last summer under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, with the contributions of TRT Child, ISF Studios and local governments.
The Technological Crew met with the scientists of the future in Samsun within the scope of TEKNOFEST Black Sea. In the shows, where the importance of domestic and national production was emphasized in topics such as autonomous vehicles, astronomy, space, artificial intelligence, robotic coding, the philosophy of transferring the accumulation of the past to the future was discussed.
