Features of Bayraktar DİHA
The vehicle, which is planned to enter service in 2023, can perform automatic cruise flight, autonomous take-off, autonomous landing and semi-autonomous cruise flight. Bayraktar DİHA will also be able to deploy on the TCG Anadolu Ship.
Announced for the first time by BAYKAR Defense in 2019, DİHA is a tactical UAV class aircraft that can carry out activities for reconnaissance and intelligence missions.
It has the features of automatic cruise flight, autonomous take-off, autonomous landing and semi-autonomous cruise flight. Having an electric motor, DİHA will switch to cruise flight mode after taking off and use its fuel engine.
In the DİHA system, there are many artificial intelligence-based controls such as automatic route tracking, target tracking and detection, circling and returning home modes.
It also has the ability to maneuver extremely fast, start quickly in tight spaces and fly without a runway.
With these features, it will be used in studies for aerial survey and covert missions.
