Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality continues to work for both stray animals and animals in animal shelters within municipalities. In this context, while the inspection and operation of 1 thousand 7 stray animals were carried out in 870 year by the Metropolitan Municipality teams, 570 stray animals were adopted.
Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç continues his services for animal friends as well as his pioneering services in the city. Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality takes care of the animals in the city and shows sensitivity towards animals.
In 2022, 7 thousand 870 stray stray animals were examined and operated by the Metropolitan Municipality. A thousand 570 stray stray animals were adopted. While the metropolitan municipality protected about 10 thousand stray animals, it also sterilized about 7 thousand 60 stray animals.
