Turkey Rail System Vehicles Industry Inc. (TÜRASAŞ) General Directorate, 3 Assistant Inspectors will be appointed to be assigned to the Inspection Board. The issues related to the Entrance Exam are given below.

Exam date and place

Written exam will be held on 25.02.2023 between 10.00-12.30 in TÜRASAŞ General Directorate (Oğuzlar Mahallesi, Ceyhun Atuf Kansu Cad, No:61/1 06520 Çankaya-ANKARA).

Candidates who are eligible to take the entrance exam and their exam venues will be announced on the websites of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the General Directorate of TÜRASAŞ at least one month before the exam date. Candidates will view their exam information on the Career Gate Platform (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr). Candidates will not be notified separately.

Those who are successful in the written exam, the date and place of the oral exam will be announced on the website of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the General Directorate of TÜRASAŞ.

Entrance examination requirements

In order to participate in the entrance exam, candidates are required to meet the following conditions:

a) To have the qualifications written in subparagraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 14 of the Civil Servants Law dated 7/1965/657 and numbered 48.

b) Not to have completed the age of 2023 as of the first day of January 35. (Those born on 01/01/1988 or later will be able to apply for the exam.)

c) To graduate from faculties of law, economics, political sciences, business administration, economics and administrative sciences that provide at least four years of undergraduate education, or from educational institutions in Turkey or abroad whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Council.

ç) To have a score of 2021 (seventy) and above from the KPSSP2022 score type, based on the results of the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) held by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) in 48 and 70.

d) To be among the candidates whose numbers are determined by the Presidency (including other candidates with the same score as the last candidate), not more than twenty times the number of staff to be appointed, starting from the candidate who applied according to the KPSS results, starting with the one with the highest score.

e) In terms of health status, to be suitable to work all over the country and in all kinds of climate and travel conditions and not to have any disease or disability that may prevent him from performing his duty as an inspector.

Exam announcement and application

a) Candidates will submit their applications electronically between 30.12.2022 and 16.01.2023 via e-Government at the TÜRASAŞ General Directorate/Career Gate Public Recruitment or Career Gate Public Recruitment or Career Gate Alimkariyerkapısı.cbiko.gov.tr. Applications made by courier or mail will not be accepted. Applications should not be left to the last day due to disruptions that may or may occur in the electronic environment.

b) The graduation information of the candidates who will apply for the entrance exam is automatically received from the Higher Education Institution via e-Government. Candidates who have errors/incomplete information or whose graduation information does not come, must manually enter their updated information and upload their diploma or graduation documents to the system in pdf format.

c) Candidates who have graduated from education institutions in Turkey or abroad and who have an equivalence document regarding the educational status sought in the announcement should upload the equivalence document in pdf format to the system instead of a diploma or graduation certificate.

ç) Results of the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) held in 2021 and 2022 by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) Presidency are automatically received via e-Government. Candidates whose information is inaccurate or missing or KPSS result information is not available must manually enter their updated information and upload the KPSS result document to the system in pdf format.

d) Male candidates must declare that they are not related to military service (isealimkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr).

e) Candidates applying for the written exam can upload their handwritten CV to the system before taking the exam.

f) Candidates are required to declare that they do not have any obstacles in terms of criminal record, during the application (isealımkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr).

g) Candidates are required to declare that they are suitable to work all over the country and in all kinds of climate and travel conditions in terms of their health status and that they do not have any disease or disability that may prevent them from performing their duties as inspectors via (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr).

ğ) The candidate is responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues in the announcement, and for uploading the requested documents to the system without errors during the application phase. Candidates who do not comply with these issues will not be able to claim any rights.

h) After the end of the applications, no changes will be made to the application information of the candidates for any reason.

ı) The Board of Inspectors may request the originals of the documents uploaded to the system from the candidates during the application or at any stage of the exam.
