APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ENTRANCE (ORAL) EXAM

1- Fulfilling the conditions listed in paragraph (A) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,

2- To have completed one of the departments requested by our Ministry or one of the education institutions in Turkey or abroad whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Council,

3- Not to have completed the age of thirty-five as of the first day of January of the year in which the entrance (oral) exam is held (born after 01/01/1988),

4- To have obtained a KPSS score of at least 2021 or more from the score types required by our Ministry in the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) for the years 2022-70,

5- Starting from the candidate with the highest KPSS score, to be among the candidates at most four times the number of positions announced according to the desired department and score types. (other candidates with the same score as the last candidate placed in the ranking are also taken to the entrance (oral) exam)
6- Candidates can make a maximum of 3 choices according to their KPSS score types and education departments, provided that they meet the conditions specified in this announcement.

ENTRY (ORAL) EXAM APPLICATION FORM, PLACE AND DATE

1-Applications; It will be done with e-Government password. For this reason, candidates must have a turkiye.gov.tr ​​account. In order to use the said account, candidates must obtain an e-Government password. Candidates will be able to obtain the envelope containing the e-Government password from the PTT Central Directorates by submitting their identity card with their TR Identity Number on their application personally.

2-Applications; It will be received electronically via the e-Government link, which will be published in the "Announcements" section of the icisleri.gov.tr ​​website of our Ministry between 19-23 December 2022.

3- Since the applications will be received electronically, applications by mail or in person will not be accepted.

4-When accessing the "Ministry of Interior Candidate Profile Information Editing and Exam Application" link via e-Devlet, identity, education, military service and YDS information are automatically displayed. Candidates with missing or incorrect profile information must contact the relevant institutions and make the necessary corrections.

5-Candidates who will apply with their higher education graduation information; Education information comes automatically from the Higher Education Institution via e-Government. Candidates who have errors/incompleteness in their information or who do not receive graduation information from the Higher Education Institution are required to have their information updated via YÖKSİS by contacting the relevant units of the university they graduated from in order to make additions/corrections. Otherwise, candidates in this situation will not be able to apply for the exam.

6-Candidates who have graduated from education institutions in the country or abroad and have an equivalence regarding the educational status sought in this announcement should upload their equivalence documents to the exam module in pdf or jpeg format instead of diploma or graduation certificate.

7-The military service information of male candidates comes automatically from the Ministry of National Defense, and candidates with errors in their information are required to tick the relevant box and enter their current information manually, and upload their military status documents in pdf or jpeg format to the exam module.

Candidates whose photos do not automatically appear on the "Personal Information" page of the application opened via the "Ministry of Interior Candidate Profile Information Editing and Exam Application" link on 8-E–Devlet, can be found on the "Personnel Identity Card" website of our Ministry's General Directorate of Personnel, icisleri.gov.tr/personel. It is obligatory to upload a photograph (600×800, 300 dpi resolution) to the exam module in pdf or jpeg format, which was taken in accordance with the specifications in the “Photo Standards to be Used in Personnel Identity Card” section of the “Card Card” tab.

9-Candidates who have completed their application and are sure that their information is correct, must click on the "Complete Application" button. Otherwise, the applications of the candidates who do not perform this process will not be recorded in the system, and the candidates in this situation will not be able to claim any rights.

10- Since the applications will end at 23:2022 on 17 December 30, the module will be closed. They need to click on the “Complete My Application” button. Otherwise, the applications of the candidates who do not perform this process will not be recorded in the system, and the candidates in this situation will not be able to claim any rights.

11- Candidates who realize that their information is missing or have errors between the application dates, or who want to make changes in their preferences, should cancel their applications by clicking the "Cancel Application" button. The registered application of the candidate who cancels his application in the system will be deleted. Candidates must renew their applications by clicking the "Apply" button again. Candidates who renew their applications must complete this process before 23:2022 on 17 December 30 and click on the "Complete My Application" button. Otherwise, the applications of the candidates who do not perform this process will not be recorded in the system, and the candidates in this situation will not be able to claim any rights.

12- After the candidates complete their applications, click the "Complete My Application" button and save their application to the module, "Your application is complete." warning will appear on the screen, and they can print the Job Request Form by clicking the "Download Job Request Form" button on the same screen, or they can also print the Job Request Form from the "My Applications" tab in the application opened via the "Ministry of Interior Candidate Profile Information Editing and Exam Application" link. They will be able to take the printout of their form whenever they want.

13- Candidates will be able to make a maximum of 3 choices by using the "Demanded Title" and "Demanded Place" drop-down list on the "Title/Location Information" page, according to the education departments specified in the announcement, provided that they meet the application requirements for the announced position title. Candidates are required to click on the "Add Title/ Place" button for each faculty/department requested for the position title they have chosen from the drop-down list.

14- After the application process is completed, the process of determining candidates up to 4 times the number of titles announced; It will be held for only one of the faculty/department fields requested for the position title they have chosen, taking into account the preference order of the candidates, starting from the candidate with the highest score according to their KPSS score type/score and preferences.

15- The applicants are responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues stated in this announcement and uploading the required documents to the module. Candidates who do not comply with these issues will not be able to claim any rights.

16- Applications that are not duly and/or not made on time, and missing or incorrect exam application documents will not be accepted.
