Samsun Metropolitan Municipality designed the 100 square meter parcel next to the 416 Yıl Boulevard Observatory Mosque as a social reinforcement area. The Metropolitan Municipality, which aims to enable young people and the mosque community to blend in by touching their lives, awarded the Ottoman Book Cafe Project, which was prepared by the Department of Studies and Projects. Construction work on the project, which will cost 3.5 million TL, continues at full speed. Within the scope of the rough construction works, the basement floor electrical and mechanical installation piping and ground floor brick wall fabrications were completed. While the interior and exterior plasters of the basement and ground floors are being made, the production of replacing the wooden beams of the roof continues.
