In the workshops held in 2 different areas, namely "Professional Cooking", "Professional Pastry and Bakery", the participants are offered the opportunity to diversify their knowledge of food and pastry.
The workshop, which lasts about 4 hours, is held with a maximum of 12 people in the "Professional Cookery" category, and 6 people in the "Professional Pastry and Bakery" training.
