MSB Commemorates 'Bloody Christmas' Martyrs in TRNC

The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) commemorated those who were martyred in the massacre initiated by the Greek Cypriot terrorist organization EOKA against the Turkish Cypriots 59 years ago.

The following statements were included in the post published on the MSB's social media account: “59 years ago, a Turkish Cypriot was barbarously and brutally murdered by the Greek Cypriot terrorist organization EOKA. We condemn the Greek Cypriot terrorists who barbarously murdered hundreds of our brothers, children and women in the events known as 'Bloody Christmas', and we commemorate our martyrs with mercy.”
