Seaside Club was created to merge traditional business systems and blockchain technologies. This is a huge business flow. Seaside Holding has its classical businesses (real estate, gold, diamond, lithium, copper mining, agriculture production, apparel retail) on one side of it. Seaside technology is on the other side. As you see, Seaside Club is a huge ecosystem. It takes a lot of time and effort to launch it correctly. That’s why our team needed to develop a detailed roadmap where every part is released in its time.
Sea Travel Roadmap
Our team divided the launch process into 3 phases. The first one demands more effort from our team. The other two present joint efforts of both our team and the community, which will definitely grow by the end of PHASE 1. But let’s get it right.
PHASE I
- Crypto Hunters NFT release.
This special NFT collection is dedicated to a Crypto Hunters reality TV show series. Our founder, Hussein Karaki, has already written about it in detail in his article. Right now, the show is being prepared for a worldwide release. We want it to be as interactive as it can be. That’s why our team developed a way for our community to participate in this show via a special Crypto Hunters NFT collection . Holders are whitelisted for the Seaside Coin Seed sale round.
2. Introduction to Seaside Coin.
One of the most important parts of Phase I is the Seaside Coin presentation, as it is the cornerstone of the whole Seaside business ecosystem. You can now check the tokenomics on our website, as well as the detailed Opportunities describing all the values and investing options for everyone.
3. ‘Saved Family Safe Future’ Free Mint.
This exclusive NFT collection represents the vision and main values of Seaside Club. All Crypto Hunters NFT holders will get an airdrop of this NFT. Other users will be able to mint it for free if they’re on a whitelist. To be there, they’ll have to join our Discord.
4. Learn2Earn release.
Learn2Earn Seaside app will contain a live-feed newspaper with topic articles and reviews from various business and technological areas. The app will have its native Learn Token. Its holders will get blue chip NFTs, tickets to various NFT/blockchain events, and access to trading analytics channels. They will also get an opportunity to propose their business ideas! The release date will be the start of December 2022.
PHASE II
- Seaside Coin Seed Sale.
During the Seed Sale, we aim to raise $21 mln. The Seaside Coin will be offered at a $0,15 price. The coins will be locked for 18 months. The vesting period is 30 months. The coins will be released during the vesting period month by month.
Seed round investors will also have a bonus of 17% additional coin allocation to the total amount locked.
2. Seaside Coin Private Sale.
During the Private Sale, we aim to raise $48 mln. The Seaside Coin will be offered at a $0,30 price. The coins will be locked for 12 months. The vesting period is 18 months. The coins will be released during the vesting period month by month.
Private round investors will also have a 10% additional coin allocation bonus to the total amount locked.
3. Seaside Coin Public Sale.
During the Public Sale, we aim to raise $48 mln. The Seaside Coin will be offered at a $0,60 price. The coins will be locked for 8 months. The vesting period is 14 months. The coin price during the first unlock is expected to be approximately $3, so the yield will be X5.
4. Crypto Hunters Worldwide Announcement.
After all the show preparation (including casting, NFT collection launch, work on scenario, writing of the screenplay, etc.), we’ll officially announce the show on all the platforms and different top media worldwide.
5. Charitable project by Seaside Help Announcement.
Our team plans to present different charity options, including the school building, children’s aid, and many more. Our community will decide how to distribute the funds.
PHASE III
- Release of ownership NFTs for Real Estate, Diamond, Gold, Copper, and Lithium mining.
That’s the phase where all the processes depend both on our team and the strong and friendly community sharing our values. The NFTs for Real Estate and other so-called traditional businesses is the example of the merge that we want our project to be. With these NFTs, our supporters will be able to be a part of our investment scheme and influence the investment programs we develop.

Charity is one of the Seaside Club’s crucial goals. A huge part of our investment profits and other business activities will be spent on creating working places and supporting homeless and charity organizations.
