Teams continue their work in Derince Healthy Living Park, built by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality on an area of 45 decares. The park, which took a lot of work to complete in a short time, will become one of the most visited places in the region. In the project, sensory therapy areas, street fitness area for children, children's adventure park, sensory playground supporting cognitive intelligence and many interesting areas will be built.
3 NEW ROADS ARE BEING BUILT
On the other hand, 1.200 roads with a length of 3 meters are being built to provide access to the Wellness Park. While 2 new zoning roads were opened in the part connecting Çavdar Street and Medya Street, the width of the existing Medya Street, which was 8 meters, was increased to 20 meters. There will be an open parking lot of 14 thousand square meters in the Healthy Life Park and parallel parking on the road.
80 PERCENT OF THE PERIPHERAL WALL OK
Within the scope of the project, 80 percent of the park's perimeter walls have been completed. While the steel fabrication of the tennis court and basketball court was being made, wire fences were drawn around it. After the lines of the tennis and basketball court are drawn, the production will be completed. While the steel fabrication of the football field was being made, artificial turf carpets were laid.
WORK CONTINUES ON ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDINGS
The exterior cladding works of the 150 square meter sports fields administrative building were completed. Ceramic manufacturing and exterior cladding works of the 180 square meter cafeteria building were started. Set travertine was produced in the 700 square meter terrace area in front of the cafeteria building. Set travertine was built around the 100 square meter prayer room/toilet building. Exterior cladding work continues.
CONTINUE WITH GREENING WORKS
The travertine border and floor bricks of the main axle within the scope of the project were manufactured.
3-step amplifier manufacturing has been completed. The granite and basalate cubestone productions of the intermediate walking paths in the park have been completed to a large extent. At the beginning of the grass laying in the park, approximately 6 acres of grass was laid. Approximately 350 large trees were planted.
INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS CO-ordinated
While the rain water and wastewater infrastructure manufacturing was carried out, the installation of electricity poles was started. Irrigation system and electrical infrastructure manufacturing has been completed at a rate of 80 percent.
SKATE PARK INSTALLATION STARTED
While the concrete was laid for 1100 square meters of children's playground, 550 square meters of fitness areas and sensory areas, metal brackets were manufactured at the perimeter. The assembly of the skate park area modules included in the project has started. The production of the bicycle path surrounding the park was started and approximately 500 meters of production was made. Guide stones were laid for the disabled walking in the areas where hard floor productions were made.
