In Museum Gazhane, which Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality brought to the cultural and artistic life with its restoration works, second-hand booksellers, record stores, antiques, toys, auctions, conversations and live performances will take place. Museum Gazhane, which is a public space where the enthusiasm of the market will be experienced, promises a variety of CMTPZR from second-hand booksellers to clothing and accessories, from record and music stores to nostalgic games. Organized by Kültür AŞ, one of the affiliates of IMM, the CMTPZR (Saturday Market) event will be at the Museum Gazhane every Saturday for 3 months, starting from December 6rd.
There are 34 stands and 6 eating and drinking spots in total in the event, which was prepared based on the concept of market and fair. At the fair, second-hand booksellers, record stores, antiques, toys, auctions, conversations and live performances will take place. In events open to the public, Museum Gazhane offers many activities ranging from second-hand booksellers to clothing and accessories, from record and music stores to nostalgic games. It takes its visitors on a colorful journey into the past with booths, talks by collectors, auctions and live performances. Two separate auctions will take place during the day, one focused only on "books" and the other on "other objects", on the stages to be set up in two parking lots. The market is planned to continue throughout 2023.
NOSTALGIA JOURNEY WAITING FOR VISITORS
There is also up-to-date content, including new editions of classic comics. From TomMiks to newly released Spidermans, access to many types of comics is provided. Apart from bringing their economically accessible products, the exhibitors also bring together the rarest pieces with the interested parties. It also offers arcade machines in the arcade halls, which were very popular in the 90s, and game machines such as pinball and darts to their fans. From the past to the present, iconic athletes, especially comic book characters, toys and sculptures of movie characters will give visitors nostalgic moments.
RETRO FASHION AND CONVERSATIONS
There will also be stands with new and second-hand mixed clothing and accessories, also known as vintage. Enthusiasts will be able to meet retro fashion with jewelry and clothes.
