“Objects of the Capital” Design Competition Has Started

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality has implemented a new project in order to develop the competition culture in the city and to manage the city together with its residents. Announcing the contest titled “Objects of the Capital” on his social media accounts, ABB President Mansur Yavaş said, “It is time to bring to life what you have identified with our beautiful Ankara from past to present. You can participate in our Objects of the Capital competition by designing the object that you think will represent the place you have determined.”

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, which has implemented projects that protect the history and values ​​of the city, one by one, has signed a new project with the aim of both developing the competition culture in the Capital City and together with the residents of the Capital. Applications for the "Objects of the Capital" competition organized by ABB have started online.

Applications for the competition will be made through the website “forms.ankara.bel.tr/baskentinobjeleri”.

Ankara residents who want to participate in the "Capital Objects" competition, announced as "Choose the location, determine the object, design", can apply via the website "forms.ankara.bel.tr/baskentinobjeleri".

Competitors; He will design the object that stands out in Ankara, comes to mind when the Capital is mentioned, and is thought to represent the place, square, building, green area, point that has been identified with Ankara from past to present. In the application form, an example of "an object describing a specific place and a designated place in the form of a classical microphone at the TRT junction" was given.

At the end of the competition, the winner will be awarded 50 thousand TL, the second 25 thousand TL and the third 10 thousand TL.
