Within the scope of the social housing move, the first draw of 2023 will be determined by drawing lots in the presence of a notary public for 14 thousand 18 houses in 450 districts of Ankara. 13 days after President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced the biggest social housing move in the history of the Republic on September 40, on October 25, the first foundations were laid on October 2, within the scope of the "My First Home" project, while the construction of social housing continues in the capital Ankara, on the other hand. The excitement of drawing lots will begin on Monday, January 2023.
The drawing of lots for social housing, which will start in Kahramankazan, Polatlı and Kızılcahamam districts of Ankara as of January 2, 2023, will end on January 12, 2023.
The distribution by districts for 18 thousand 450 beneficiaries in Ankara and the dates and times of the draws were announced as follows:
2 January 2023: 800 in Kahramankazan, 700 in Polatlı and 63 in Kızılcahamam.
3 January 2023: 4 houses in Ayaş 300th Stage, 311 houses in Şereflikoçhisar, 2 houses in Çamlıdere 100nd Stage, 3 houses in Balâ 160rd Stage, 150 in Beypazarı, 150 in Evren and 100 houses in Nallıhan Çayırhan.
4-5 January 2023: 3 thousand 800 residences in Etimesgut Ballıkuyumcu.
January 6-8: 4 residences in Sincan Yenipeçenek.
9 January 2023: 1626 residences in Sincan Saraycık.
10 January 2023: 1545 residences in Gölbaşı Gerder.
11-12 January 2023: 3 thousand 645 residences in Mamak.

Within the scope of the project, it is planned to draw lots in stages and determine the beneficiaries of 81 thousand social housing in 250 provinces until March 2023.
