Yerköprü Waterfall Will Contribute to Country Tourism

Konya Metropolitan Municipality has made arrangements in and around Hadim Yerköprü Waterfall, which is among the important natural beauties of Turkey. Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Uğur İbrahim Altay said, “Within the scope of our third phase works in the region; We built a 200-meter-long wooden walkway, entrance jewelry, restaurant, sales area for local products and a parking lot. With the wooden walking path, all our visitors, especially our physically disabled brothers, will be able to see the waterfall more closely. In addition, the bridge was renovated. I think a different beauty has emerged that will contribute to the tourism of the country.” said.

Konya Metropolitan Municipality completed the 3rd phase of Hadim Yerköprü Waterfall and Surrounding Landscape Project.

Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay said that they are carrying out important works to bring the Göksu (Yerköprü) Waterfall, located in Hadim district, one of Turkey's most important natural beauties, to tourism and to ensure visitor safety.

Noting that they are carrying out a landscaping and landscaping work in Yerköprü Waterfall in this context, Mayor Altay said, “Within the scope of the third stage works we have done in and around the waterfall; We have implemented a 200-meter-long wooden walkway, entrance jewelry, restaurant, local product sales area and parking lot. We also renovated the bridge. Now, all our visitors, especially our physically disabled brothers and sisters, will be able to see the waterfall more closely with the wooden walking path. We have made the region easy for many local and foreign tourists to visit. During the landscaping works at the waterfall, which has become one of the symbols of Konya, we attached great importance to the preservation of the natural structure of the region.
