Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality makes a name for itself by hosting national and international organizations. The Metropolitan Municipality, which has organized giant organizations such as International Poetry and Literature Days, Book and Culture Fair, will host the Snow Volleyball World Tour to be organized by the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB). Dozens of teams from different countries of the world will compete in the tournament, which will be held in Yedikuyular Ski Center between 23 - 26 February 2023 under the coordination of the Turkish Volleyball Federation.
A First in Kahramanmaraş
Stating that the international organizations held contributed greatly to the promotion of the city, Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Hayrettin Güngör said, “We attach great importance to international events, which are extremely important for the promotion of our gastronomy, tourism areas, history and values. At this point, we are trying to increase the number of international organizations even more. We hosted the Snow Volleyball European Tour for the first time in February this year. Hopefully, in February 2023, we will host the Snow Volleyball World Tour at Yedikuyular Ski Center. Hopefully, we will further increase the number of national and international organizations held in our city in the coming period. Good luck,” he said.
