THANKS TO THE METROPOLITAN FROM THE CAPITAL

Cinema lovers from the capital expressed their thoughts on the nostalgic movie posters that were hung with the following words:

Selehattin Silver: “I like Turkish cinema very much. Especially Kemal Sunal's films, which reflect our culture, were superb. This application, which was made to keep art and nostalgia alive, pleased me. It has been a great service to promote old movies.”

Cherry Red River: “Old Turkish cinemas were more meaningful, had more weight. The posters were nice as promotions.”

Emine Celik:“Let me remind you that we especially crave these old movies, and how much love-filled love we watched in our youth. Because then there was a meaning in the movies, there was love, there was enthusiasm. We were also immersed in the movies, we were crying, sometimes we were laughing, they were great movies. I wish you success and want more. It is an extraordinary task for me to keep the old ones alive, to remind young people of nostalgia and to recommend them. I would like to thank the President Mansur.”

Eray Kabil: “Good idea. People are looking for the past from time to time. My grandmother used to watch old movies a lot. I miss old movies so much. Reminding the movies with posters is very well thought out.”

Zehra blue: “I would like to thank our President for these activities. I believe that it is very good that it started such an event, that it showed such events in different parts of Ankara, in terms of not forgetting Turkish cinema and introducing our cinema actors to the youth. I still love watching old Turkish movies. I respect our old Turkish artists, they made films with great sacrifices and set an example for us. They showed the way from time to time, of course, it is proud.”

Ulku Dur: “There has been an application in place. I love Turkish movies. Today's movies don't taste like old movies."
