The Building Permits of the 1st Stage of Erikli Houses were Obtained

Koray Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş announced that the building permits for the 1st phase of Erikli Houses have been obtained.

In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was said: “Orka Yapı Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş, which is a 100% subsidiary of our company, Göktürk Mahallesi in Eyüpsultan district of Istanbul, 131 lots, 4 parcels (10.144,84 square meters) and 218 blocks. The first phase of the Erikli Houses Project, which will be built within the framework of a construction contract in return for a land share, on a total of 1 square meters of land with 20.131,50 parcel (30.276,34 square meters), is on 10.144,84 blocks with a surface area of ​​131 square meters, on 4 parcels, with a total construction area of ​​22.119,71 square meters. A construction permit was obtained from Eyüpsultan Municipality on 118 for the construction of a total of 8 independent sections, 126 of which are residential and 01.12.2022 workplaces.

The share rate on the 131 block 4 parcel to be constructed in Orka is 58,22 percent, and the land root owners are 41,78 percent. The project development work for the second phase, which will be built on an area of ​​218 square meters, registered in block 1 and parcel 20.131,50, which is the continuation of the project, has reached its final stages and is expected to be concluded in the first quarter of 2023. In the whole of the Erikli Evleri project (1st and 2nd phases), Orka has 57 percent share and 43 percent of the land root owners.”
