There will be plenty of afforestation areas in the project area. There will be shops at the bottom of the buildings and there will be parks with plenty of green in the project area. The project for the planned urban transformation on İpekyol Boulevard, Karakoyun Street has been determined. Reconciliation negotiations started in the area where 573 independent buildings are located. When the works begin, a new living space will be built in accordance with modern architecture instead of the crooked buildings on Karakoyun Street, which are adjacent to each other.
The project area is located at the intersection of Karakyoun Stream, which serves as a bridge between the historical texture and the new texture, and İpekyol Boulevard, which provides intercity connection, at the focus of Bediüzzaman Cemetery, Şanlıurfa Archeology Museum and Balıklıgöl. Every detail has been meticulously considered to provide a green axis in the project area, which covers an area of approximately 7 hectares.
In addition to the buildings to be built within the Karakoyun Urban Transformation area, it will be transformed into a new living space with recreation areas, squares, parks, shops and playgrounds.
Access to the Karakoyun Urban Transformation Project Area will be provided from İpekyol Boulevard, Şehir Nusret Street, Bostancılar Street and Karakoyun Street.
