Nutrition Support to 50 Thousand University Students in Istanbul

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Public Relations Directorate provides nutritional support to 50 thousand university students within the scope of the “Istanbul is by Your Side” project.

İBB continues to stand by university students, taking into account the difficulty of economic conditions. In addition to scholarship support, IMM Public Relations Directorate offers nutritional support to students within the scope of the Istanbul By Your Side project. At Istanbul University – Beyazıt Campus, Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa – Avcılar Campus, Istanbul Technical University – Ayazağa Campus, Yıldız Technical University – Davutpaşa Campus and Boğaziçi University – Hisarüstü Campus, sets containing soup, noodle pasta and cartoon notebooks are delivered to students. On-campus Solution Unit Mobile Tools and IMM Libraries will continue to distribute the sets until January 25, 2023.

Emphasizing that IMM is always there for the youth, Public Relations Manager Mehmet Mandacı said, “We plan to continue the Istanbul by Your Side project in a way that will reach approximately 50 thousand students at all universities in Istanbul. At the same time, we take the demands of our university students and present them for evaluation. We continue to work to implement these in our future projects.”
