According to the information provided by the Tianjin branch of the China National Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC), the Bozhong-Kenli project, the largest offshore oilfield offshore power project in China, has successfully supplied electricity today. Thus, a solid foundation was laid for the comprehensive commissioning of the Bozhong-Kenli offshore power application project.

The CNOOC Bohai Sea Oilfield Offshore Electricity Application Project is located in three provinces, including Hebei, Liaoning, and Shandong. Of these, the Bozhong-Kenli Oilfield Offshore Electricity Application Project in Shandong Province is the most comprehensive and has the largest electrical load of its examples in China.

The commissioning of the Bozhong-Kenli Oilfield Offshore Electricity Implementation Project will enrich the power grid, including the Bohai Sea Oil Field, and will be crucial in improving the stability of offshore electricity supply, optimizing the energy structure, and advancing green and low-carbon energy transfer.
