The Ministry of Health will recruit 11.317 permanent workers to be employed in provincial service units.

1. 4857 permanent workers will be recruited to be employed in the provincial organization of our Ministry in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Recruitment of Workers to Public Institutions and Organizations, enacted based on the Labor Law No. 11.317 and the aforementioned Law.

2. Candidates are required to carefully read the explanations and application conditions stated in this announcement text before completing the application process. Those who do not meet the conditions stated in this announcement should not apply for the announced positions. Candidates will be responsible for their statements. Candidates who make false, misleading or false statements will forfeit all rights arising from the placement.

3. Candidates who meet all the conditions stated in the announcement will be able to make their applications by logging in electronically between 28/11/2022 – 02/12/2022 via the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) esube.iskur.gov.tr ​​address.

4. In the types of services/professions required by our Ministry, procurement will be met at the provincial level. In applications, the addresses of the persons registered in the Address Based Population Registration System will be taken into account.

5. Each candidate will apply for only one workplace (province of employment) and one profession from the announced positions.

6. In accordance with the relevant disciplinary legislation of public institutions and organizations, those who are dismissed from their job or profession and those who are deprived of public rights should not apply to the announced positions. In accordance with the legislation, those who are in this situation will not be appointed.

7. Candidates applying for the announced positions will be notified to our Ministry by İŞKUR. Permanent workers to be recruited, according to the provisional article 10 of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in the Recruitment of Workers to Public Institutions and Organizations, including the priority ones, among the applicants notified by İŞKUR, as well as the number of vacant jobs (number of announced positions) and as many as the original number. The substitute candidate will be determined directly by the notary public by our Ministry without being subjected to an examination.

8. The date and time of the lottery, the place of the lottery, the results of the lottery, the lists of the main and substitute candidates, information and documents regarding the appointment and any other announcements are made by the General Directorate of Management Services. https://yhgm.saglik.gov.tr It will be announced on the internet address, no written notification will be made to the candidates for this and this announcement will replace the notification.

9. The documents of those who are entitled to be appointed as the main candidates to the positions announced by our Ministry will be checked. Candidates who do not have the required qualifications for appointment and those who have made false, misleading or false statements and placed in their preferences will not be appointed. Even if it is done, the assignment process will be cancelled. Candidates who do not submit the required documents in due time, although they meet the qualifications and conditions of the positions they are placed in, will not be appointed.

10. Candidates who did not submit the required documents within the time period/who did not make an application among those who were originally placed as a result of the notary drawing lot; Those who apply within the deadline but do not meet the application requirements; Those who have been appointed and have not started/waived their duty within the appropriate period (except those who are unable to start their duties due to birth, illness, military service, etc.); Those who are not started to work after it is understood that they do not meet the conditions of appointment; those who were started to work but did not meet the conditions of appointment later; Pursuant to Article 15 of the Enterprise Collective Bargaining Agreement, appointments can be made from those whose contracts are terminated within a one-month probationary period and those whose contracts are terminated during the probationary period, starting from the person in the first row of the reserve list, who meet the required conditions.

11. The provision in the phrase “priority in sending to work” specified in Article 5 of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Recruitment of Workers to Public Institutions and Organizations shall not constitute a right in favor of the applicant in the said placement.

12. Graduating from a different education level/department (secondary education/associate degree/undergraduate) for the same profession will not constitute a priority in favor of the candidate.

13. Those who currently work as permanent workers in the central and provincial organizations of the Ministry of Health should not apply for the announced positions. Candidates who apply by not stating that they are working despite the fact that it is stated in article 2 of this announcement text will not be taken into the draw even if their names are notified to our Ministry by İŞKUR.

14. Those who receive retirement, old-age or invalidity pensions from any social security institution should not apply for the announced positions. In accordance with the legislation, those who are in this situation will not be appointed.

15. Candidates appointed to permanent staff positions will be recruited with the legal minimum wage.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Candidates applying for permanent staff positions must meet the following conditions;

1. Regarding the conditions specified in sub-clauses (657), (48), (1) and (4) of the first paragraph of article 6 of the Civil Servants Law No. 7 and the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Recruiting Workers to Public Institutions and Organizations To meet the conditions in the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Regulation. (Foreign candidates will not be able to choose.)

2. To carry the special conditions in the special laws of public institutions and organizations.

3. To have completed the age of 18 as of the last day of the application date.

4. Not to have completed the age of 40 as of the first day of the application date (28/11/1982 and later births will be able to apply).

5. To graduate from a school (department/program) determined for the profession applied for as of the application deadline and to have other required documents as of the application deadline.

6. To document that there is no mental illness that prevents him from carrying out his duty continuously (it will be requested from the candidates who are entitled to be appointed).

7. To have a document showing the priority status specified in the first paragraph of Article 5 of the aforementioned Regulation, among the candidates who have the right to priority in sending to work.

8. In accordance with the provisions of the Security Investigation and Archive Research Law No. 7315, there is no obstacle in terms of the appointment process according to the results of the archive research.

9. For those who will be employed as security guards (unarmed), in addition to the conditions stated above, the conditions in the sub-paragraph (5188), (10) and (1) of the first paragraph of Article 2 of the Law No. 3 and (g) and to meet the conditions in subparagraph (h).
