İzmir District Sustainability Offices Workshop Begins

The Izmir Sustainable Urban Development Network, established under the leadership of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, organizes the “District Sustainability Offices Workshop”. With the workshop to be held on 29-30 November at the Historical Gas Culture Center, it is aimed to guide local strategic actions for low-emission, nature-friendly, fair, flexible and circular development.

Izmir Sustainable Urban Development Network (SKGA), which was established in 2019 under the leadership of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, will organize a "District Sustainability Offices Workshop" on 29-30 November.

Collaboration between the Workshop and District Sustainability Offices will be strengthened and joint projects will be developed. In addition, a special session will be held in which the place of sustainability offices in the municipal organization chart and their relationship with decision makers will be discussed.
