According to the Communiqué on Supporting Economic Investments Based on Agriculture, the upper limits of the project amount based on the grant, excluding VAT, were increased from 5 million TL to 7 million TL for new facility applications. The amounts have been increased from 3,5 million liras to 5 million liras for applications that are the completion of partially made investments, and from 3 million liras to 4 million liras for applications that are in the nature of capacity increase and technology renewal and/or modernization.

According to the Communiqué on Supporting Rural Economic Infrastructure Investments, the upper limit of the project amount, which is the basis for the grant, has been increased from 300 thousand liras to 500 thousand liras, excluding VAT, for applications for machinery and equipment purchase supports within the scope of business plan A. A Business plan covers 5 percent of the grants of 500 thousand-50 thousand liras.

For applications to be made on investment issues within the scope of the B business plan, the upper limit of the project amount based on the grant has been increased from 600 thousand liras to 1 million liras, excluding VAT.

Within the scope of the B business plan, applications for technology renewal and/or modernization are supported by increasing the capacity of small family businesses that have up to 5 decares of agricultural land in which agricultural activities are carried out in plant production enterprises, and small cattle holdings up to 50 heads of cattle or up to 300 heads of sheep in livestock enterprises. was included in the scope.

For applications to be made within the scope of business plan A, the applicant's obligation to reside in the investment place has been removed.

Fertigation (fertilization with irrigation) solutions in smart agriculture applications were included in the scope of support.

In addition, the criterion of whether the province is within the scope of the Urban Agriculture Action Plan was added to the coefficient calculation made while determining the investment budgets of the provinces.

Applications will start after the publication of the current application guides related to the communiqués in question.
