Stating that the season will start from the first week of December, Büyükkılıç said, “We would like to share that we will host our ski lovers here from the beginning of December. With our 19 international standard mechanical facilities, 40 runways, and a runway length of up to 130 kilometers, Tekir, Hacılar, Develi and Hisarcık are an environment where they can meet and walk around at four gates.”
Governor Gökmen Çiçek, emphasizing that Mount Erciyes has turned white, said, “Now, the moment our holidaymakers have been waiting for for winter tourism has come, our hotels are cheered up again. From the first week of December, the ski season will be opened. We are here to see the first snow together with our Metropolitan Mayor and Erciyes Ski Center director, coordinator, and check if our facilities are ready.

Stating that all the works have been completed, Çiçek said, “We have seen with great pleasure that Erciyes is ready to host its guests in every aspect. Our ropeways are already waiting for their guests with the best quality and the magnificent view of Erciyes. We are waiting for everyone in Erciyes this winter," he said.
